Welcome to Kashmir Taxi Service! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services.
1. Booking Policy
- Bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- A confirmation message/email will be sent once the booking is verified.
- We reserve the right to upgrade your vehicle type at no extra cost if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
2. Payment Policy
- An advance payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival or completion of the trip as agreed.
- We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
- Cancellations made within 24-48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee on the advance.
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip.
- refunds are processed within 5-7 working days.
4. Usage of Vehicle
- The vehicle is booked for specific routes and timings as agreed. Extra detours will be charged additionally.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for their luggage and belongings. The driver/company is not liable for any loss.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of the booking or service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
