Advance payments are collected to secure your vehicle and driver for the requested dates. This ensures that we do not double-book and can guarantee service availability.

In cases of natural calamities, road closures due to heavy snowfall/landslides, or official government travel bans, we offer a 100% Refund or the option to reschedule your trip at no extra cost, regardless of the cancellation timing.
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated within 48 hours. Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
