How do I book a cab?
You can book via our website form, call us directly, or send a WhatsApp message. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

Payments

Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes, a small token amount (usually 30%) is required to confirm your booking. The rest can be paid during the trip.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Bank Transfers.

Travel & Safety

Is AC heating available in winter?
Yes, all our taxis are equipped with heating systems to keep you warm during the cold Kashmir winters.

What happens if it snows heavily?
Our drivers are experts in snow driving. Furthermore, we use snow chains for vehicles visiting Gulmarg and Sonamarg during heavy snowfall to ensure your safety.
