By accessing and using PavanCab's taxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Please read these terms carefully before booking a ride.

Service Description

PavanCab provides taxi and cab booking services in Pune and surrounding areas, including:

• Local taxi services within Pune city
• Outstation cab services to nearby cities and tourist destinations
• Airport transfer services
• One-way and round-trip bookings
• Corporate and event transportation

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
• You must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
• Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup time: No charges
• Cancellations made 12-24 hours before pickup: 25% of fare charged
• Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup: 50% of fare charged
• No-show or cancellation after driver arrival: Full fare charged

Pricing and Payment

Fare Structure

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and vehicle type
• Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, and night travel (10 PM - 6 AM)
• Waiting charges apply after the first 15 minutes of free waiting time
• Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual route and conditions

Payment Methods

• Cash payment to the driver
• UPI and digital wallet payments
• Credit/Debit card payments (where applicable)
• Payment is due upon completion of the trip unless otherwise agreed

User Responsibilities

As a user of PavanCab services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete booking information
• Be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not engage in illegal activities or carry prohibited items
• Not smoke, consume alcohol, or use drugs in the vehicle
• Ensure children are properly supervised and use appropriate car seats if required
• Pay the agreed fare promptly upon trip completion
• Report any issues or concerns immediately to our customer service

Driver and Vehicle Standards

PavanCab is committed to providing safe and comfortable transportation:

• All drivers are verified, licensed, and experienced
• Vehicles are regularly maintained and cleaned
• Drivers follow traffic rules and safety regulations
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

• PavanCab is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles
• Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific trip
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints or disputes:

• Contact our customer service immediately
• Provide detailed information about the issue
• We will investigate and respond within 48 hours
• Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PavanCab and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
