1. Rental Duration:
A full 24-hour car rental period is calculated from 8 AM to 8 AM the following day, standard practice in Goa. A one-hour grace period is allowed, extending until 9 AM. After 9 AM, a full day’s rental charge will apply. We do not offer half-day rentals; each rental is charged as a full day.
2. Prohibited Activities:
Drinking and driving are strictly prohibited. Driving on beaches is also not allowed in Goa.
3. Parking and Entry Fees:
Any parking or entry fees, including those at hotels, airports, and other locations, will be borne by the customer.
4. Traffic Rules:
Seatbelt use is mandatory, and all customers are expected to adhere to traffic rules to avoid penalties from traffic police.
5. Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required, as follows:
- ₹3,000 for small hatchbacks
- ₹4,000 for compact SUVs and MUVs
- ₹10,000 for luxury cars
This deposit will be refunded during the checkout process after a final car inspection by our team.
6. Pickup and Drop-off Services:
We offer convenient pickup and drop-off services at various locations across North and South Goa, including the airport, railway station, bus stand, and hotels.
7. Fuel Policy:
The vehicle will be provided with enough fuel to reach the nearest fuel station. It must be returned with the same fuel level. Excess fuel will not be refunded.
8. Vehicle Condition Documentation:
A full 360° video of the car must be taken at pickup to document any existing dents or scratches. The car should be returned in the same condition as recorded in the video for a full refund of the security deposit.
9. Vehicle Condition and Liability:
a. Our cars are new, well-maintained, and typically within three years old. Some cars may have minor dents or scratches due to Goa's tourist activity. Please inspect the vehicle for any existing damage upon receipt and return it in the same condition. Any new damage will be charged at garage or showroom rates.
b. If any damage occurs (whether minor scratches or major damage), the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. For significant damages, the customer will be responsible for covering the remaining costs, as no insurance claims will be filed.
10. Cancellation Policy:
Booking cancellations are non-refundable.
11. Booking Unavailability or Vehicle Breakdown:
Goa's high tourist activity can sometimes lead to vehicle damage from reckless driving or accidents. If the car you reserved becomes unavailable due to damage or unexpected breakdown, we reserve the right to cancel your booking for that day. In this case, the full booking payment will be refunded instantly to the account used for the reservation. No alternative vehicle will be arranged, as we do not partner with other providers.
12. Geographic Restrictions:
Rental vehicles may not be taken outside Goa, in accordance with government policies.
13. Refusal of Rental at Pickup:
If you decide not to rent the car upon arrival, the booking amount will not be refunded, and an additional delivery charge of ₹500 will apply.
14. Speed Limit:
The speed limit for all cars in Goa is 80 km/h. Please ensure you adhere to this limit.
15. Parking Responsibility:
Always park in designated parking areas. If the car is damaged while parked improperly, the customer is fully responsible for the incident, and no excuses will be entertained.
