At Pavan Cab, we understand that plans may change. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please carefully read and adhere to our cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total fare.
3. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare.
4. Payment will be refunded within 5 to 7 days of cancelation date in your given bank account or upi address.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
