1. Cancellation Refunds

1.1. Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip start time.

1.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip start time may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

1.3. No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the trip has started or for no-shows.

2. Service Issues

2.1. If a cab fails to arrive or the service is not provided due to our fault, you are eligible for a full refund.

2.2. Partial refunds may be offered for significant service disruptions, at our discretion.

2.3. Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of the trip to be eligible for refund consideration.

3. Payment and Refund Processing

3.1. Refunds cover only the base fare and any booking fees paid to Pavan Cab.

3.2. Additional expenses such as tolls, parking fees, or taxes paid separately are not refundable.

3.3. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval, depending on your payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

4.1. No refunds are issued for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
