Welcome to PavanCab. By accessing our website or using our taxi services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Services

PavanCab acts as an aggregator connecting customers with licensed taxi drivers. All bookings made through our platform are subject to availability of vehicles.

• Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
• Confirmation of booking will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
• PavanCab reserves the right to cancel a booking due to operational reasons (e.g., strikes, natural calamities).

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices shown are estimated fares including base fare and driver allowance.
• Exclusions: Toll taxes, parking fees, and state entry taxes are extra and must be paid directly to the driver or via the final invoice.
• Night charges may strictly apply for rides between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We believe in flexibility for our travelers.

• Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee of ₹500 or 20% of the fare, whichever is higher.
• No Show: If the customer does not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without intimation, 100% of the fare will be charged.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the cab. Cleaning charges may apply for soiling the vehicle seats.

5. Limitation of Liability

PavanCab shall not be liable for any delays caused by traffic congestion, road diversions, or mechanical breakdowns. However, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle in case of a breakdown.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai/India.
