Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
We strive to ensure a fair experience for all our customers. This policy outlines when and how refunds are processed.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- Advance Payment: If you cancel a booking 6 hours prior to pickup, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.
- Double Payment: In case of accidental double charges, the excess amount will be refunded automatically within 48 hours.
- Service Failure: If our driver fails to show up and we cannot provide a replacement, a full refund plus a compensation voucher will be issued.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup (partial or no refund as per dashboard terms).
- Customer no-show at the airport.
- Delays caused by incorrect flight details provided by the customer.
3. Processing Timeline
Refunds are initiated immediately upon cancellation approval. It typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
